PERRYVILLE, MO, November 14, 2024 - The Robinson Construction Charitable Fund proudly announces the distribution of $31,365 in grants to three vital community organizations serving the youth of Perry County and the surrounding region. This year’s beneficiaries—Perry County Community Task Force, Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri’s LifeHouse, and Lutheran Family & Children’s Services of Missouri—each received a grant of $10,455.

Funds for these grants were raised through Robinson Construction’s annual benefit golf tournament, Chip in for Charity, an event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for impactful local organizations. “We are deeply grateful for the enduring generosity of our trade and business partners, whose support allows us to make a greater impact each year,” said Paul Findlay, CEO of Robinson Companies. “It’s a privilege to work alongside such dedicated partners to support organizations that mean so much to our community.”

Robinson Construction invites community members and partners to join in next year’s Chip in for Charity tournament on Monday, September 29, 2025, to continue supporting these important causes.

The Robinson Construction Charitable Fund recently issued grants totaling $28,374 to three organizations that provide support to veterans in our community. Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial (MNVM), AMVETS, and Disabled American Veterans (DAV) each received a grant for $9,458. The grant funds were raised at the 2023 Robinson Construction benefit golf tournament, Chip in for Charity. The idea behind Chip in for Charity is to raise money and awareness for groups and charities that are near and dear to Robinson Construction and our community. Unfortunately, DAV was unable to send a representative for a photo, but their Executive Director, Cody VanBoxel said, “Many thanks to Robinson Construction for choosing to raise funds for DAV at your recent golf outing. Although we were unable to be there in person to thank you, I would like to express our immense gratitude on behalf of the organization. Your donation helps DAV serve even more ill and injured veterans and their families. CarePortal SE Missouri, PCHS Children's Healthcare Fund, and SEMO Food Bank's Backpacks for Friday Program each received a grant for $7,200. The grant funds were raised at the 2022 Robinson Construction benefit golf tournament, Chip in for Charity. The idea behind Chip in for Charity is to raise money and awareness for groups and charities that are near and dear to Robinson Construction and our community. Several men of Robinson Construction participated in No Shave November and on this we are proud to announce that by doing so, they have raised over $1800 for men's health awareness!

Lucas & Friends Backyard Adventures Playground, Safe Families for Children-Southeast Missouri, and Dream Factory of Southeast Missouri each received a grant for just over $5,000. The grant funds were raised at the 2020 Robinson Construction benefit golf tournament, Chip in for Charity. The idea behind Chip in for Charity is to raise money and awareness for groups and charities that are near and dear to Robinson Construction and our community. According to Paul Findlay, president of Robinson Construction, “We are especially grateful for the generosity of our customers and trade and business partners.
