Joseph Jansen has joined Robinson Construction as Controller. In this role, Joseph is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance to ensure accuracy and support the company’s growth. He is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and attended Southeast Missouri State University, where he earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA in General Business. Joseph obtained his CPA license in 2014 and brings more than a decade of construction accounting experience from Drury Southwest, Inc., where he served as Assistant Controller for the hotel development company.

Kelley Blair has joined Kentucky office as a Project Manager. In this role, Kelley is responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned projects, from budget and scheduling to production and completion. Kelley is from Beechmont, KY and has many years’ experience in managing industrial construction projects such as steel mills, oil refineries, aluminum recycling plants, manufacturing facilities, foundries, tunnels, and chemical plants. He is retired from the U.S. Air Force and earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University. Prior to joining Robinson Construction, Kelley worked as a project manager for Denham-Blythe.

Richard Gramlisch has joined Robinson Construction as an assistant project manager. In this role, Richard is responsible for assisting with essential project management tasks such as managing the project budget, approving invoices, updating project schedules, etc. He also assists the project engineer and project superintendent as requested to help in the overall administration and coordination of assigned projects. Richard is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri and has 15 years’ experience in manufacturing and construction. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southeast Missouri State University and is a certified manufacturing technologist. Richard plans to continue his education by pursing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and eventually a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Hank Warren has joined Robinson Construction as a recruiter. In this role, Hank is responsible for searching for qualified candidates, assisting with onboarding, and overall support of the Human Resources Department. Robert Gonzalez has joined Robinson Construction as an Estimator. In this role, Robert is responsible for preparing the cost estimates and completing the bidding documents for projects that Robinson pursues. Robert is from Chester, Illinois and has eight years’ experience in industrial construction projects in the renewable natural gas, cement manufacturing, and consumer packaging industries. He attended Ranken Technical College where he completed a B.S. in Management and Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville where he obtained his MBA with an emphasis on project management. He is currently pursuing his DBA from William Woods University. Prior to joining Robinson Construction, Robert worked for Holcim managing capital expenditure projects.

Brad Whitaker has joined Robinson Construction as corporate safety director. In this role, Brad will oversee the development and implementation of our company-wide safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety across all projects. He will lead initiatives to minimize risk, conduct training, and maintain a safe working environment for our employees, subcontractors, and clients. Brad is from Carbondale, Illinois and has 15 years’ experience as a safety professional in commercial, civil, and utility construction. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Mid-Continent University and holds the OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer designation. Prior to joining Robinson Construction, Brad worked for Quanta Services as a safety manager.

Joleta Ludwig has joined Robinson Construction as a recruiter. In this role, Joleta is responsible for searching for qualified candidates, assisting with onboarding, and overall support of the Human Resources Department. Joleta is from Jackson, Missouri and holds a B.S. in Human Environmental Studies from Southeast Missouri State University. She has over 20 years of experience in various customer service industries, such as bridal retail, banking, and travel. Prior to joining Robinson Construction, Joleta worked as a travel agent specializing in Destination Weddings and Honeymoons at 1st Class Travel in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Emmie Blankenship has joined Robinson Construction as an assistant project manager. In this role, Emmie is responsible for assisting with essential project management tasks such as managing the project budget, approving invoices, updating project schedules, etc. She also assists the project engineer and project superintendent as requested to help in the overall administration and coordination of assigned projects. Emmie is from Sullivan, Missouri and attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis where she earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Emmie has project management experience in strategic planning, design, procurement, fabrication, pre-assembly, and construction on both domestic and international industrial projects. Prior to joining Robinson Construction, Emmie worked as an assistant project manager for Roeslein & Associates, Inc.

Ian Phillips has joined Robinson Construction as an assistant project manager. In this role, Ian is responsible for assisting with essential project management tasks such as managing the project budget, approving invoices, updating project schedules, etc. He also assists the project engineer and project superintendent as requested to help in the overall administration and coordination of assigned projects. Ian is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri and attended Southeast Missouri State University where he earned a B.S. in Construction Management, an A.A.S. in Construction Technology, and B.A.S. in Applied Technology with a minor in Architectural Design. Prior to joining Robinson Construction, Ian spent 5 years working in residential construction specializing in design-build project delivery.

Prior to joining Robinson Construction, Jake gained valuable experience in various safety roles with pipeline and directional drilling contractors, as well as with companies such as Bilfinger and PARIC.
