Robinson Construction Company was recently presented with two achievement awards from Nucor Building Systems, a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered metal building systems.

Robinson earned the 2014 Million Dollar Club award, which is presented to Nucor Builders who achieve steel building shipments of greater than $1 million for the calendar year. Robinson’s total steel building shipments for 2014 totaled nearly $2.6 million. Robinson also earned the 2014 Five Million Dollars Cumulative Sales Performance award in recognition of the company’s sales performance with Nucor from the time they became an Authorized Nucor Builder.

Robinson constructed Nucor metal buildings on nearly a dozen projects in 2014 including several industrial process/manufacturing facilities, a new storage warehouse, two wastewater treatment facility buildings, and a pump house, all within Missouri and Kentucky.

Five Robinson Construction Company employees recently attended the Nucor Building System Training Seminar in Terrell, Texas. Estimators Willy Oldham and Ryan Huitt, project manager Adam Wachter, and superintendents Jeff Moldenhauer and Mike Schremp attended the four day seminar where they received instruction and training on new software, steel erection, and standing seam roof installation. All five have earned the Nucor Qualified Installer designation, which qualifies them to purchase, install, and inspect products and services offered by Nucor.

Robinson’s total steel building shipments for 2012 totaled nearly $1 million. Robinson also earned the 2012 Three Million Dollars Cumulative Sales Performance Award in recognition of their sales performance with Nucor from the time they became a Nucor builder.

The awards were presented during the 2013 Nucor National Builder Meeting and Trade Show held in March at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

The High Performance Sales Award is presented to Nucor Builders who achieve steel building shipments of greater than $500,000 for the calendar year. Robinson’s total steel building shipments for 2011 exceeded $550,000.
