CONSTRUCTION superintendent, FULL-TIME

Robinson Construction Company is accepting applications and resumes for traveling construction superintendents for heavy industrial projects in the $10 - $30 million range. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of all craftsmen and making sure that the work progresses according to schedule, that the material and equipment are delivered to the site on time, and that the activities of the various workers do not interfere with one another. It is also the superintendent's responsibility to keep accurate records of job costs, time, materials, equipment, and work progress throughout the duration of the job. Applicant must have experience in heavy industrial work, must be able to travel, must have experience supervising large crews and excellent communication skills. 

Construction foreman, FULL-TIME

Robinson Construction Company is accepting applications and resumes for Piping, Mechanical, and Civil foreman for heavy industrial work. This position works closely with the job superintendent toward the successful completion of assigned projects and is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of a crew of craftsmen, ensuring that assigned work progresses on schedule, routing of material and equipment, and laying out of the more difficult areas of the job. Applicant must have experience in heavy industrial work. 

field engineer, FULL-TIME

Robinson Construction Company is accepting applications and resumes for a Field Engineer. This position provides an opportunity to learn construction processes with assigned tasks that ensure the progress and success of the construction project. This position will also provide assistance to the Project Managers and Superintendents and attend weekly meetings with Safety, Quality Control, and the FE Coordinator. Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or an equivalent background.

Construction Estimator, Full-time

The position requires a degree in construction management and/or engineering, plus five years of construction experience or equivalent background. Computer skills required and a good background in Timberline estimating is preferred. Must have the ability to estimate a broad range of subcontracted and self-perform work with an emphasis in the following project types:  Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, both Public and Federal Healthcare/Institutional. Salary will be based on experience and capability.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER, FULL-TIME

This position will consist of planning, scheduling, procurement, cost control, scope management, billings, client relations, etc. for heavy industrial construction projects. A bachelor's degree in construction management or related field plus three years' experience is preferred.

CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

We are currently accepting applications and resumes for carpenters, concrete finishers, iron workers, millwrights, operators, pipe fitters, plumbers, and welders for heavy industrial work. MSHA training is helpful, but not required.
