Craft training provides an opportunity for employees to hone their current skills or learn new ones; comprehensive safety training ensures that every employee goes home to their family in the same condition in which they arrive at work each day; and Robinson Construction University, our internal training program, provides a network of resources specific to the company and is used as a means to ensure our employees are trained properly on company procedures and industry best practices.
