Field Staff
Cooperative spirit, creative problem-solving, safety commitment, attention to detail, jobsite cleanliness — these are characteristics of Robinson Construction field staff that are frequently praised by our clients. Our superintendents average 20 years with the firm and 30 in the construction industry, and have longevity that gives them the practical experience and confidence to surmount any hurdles that arise during construction.
In addition to our rigorous safety training, we provide monthly training that keeps field staff up-to-date with current construction practices. Highly motivated, our craftspeople have attained a broad spectrum of specialty certifications — in concrete, utilities, piping, drain laying, and crane operations to name a few — that enable Robinson Construction to provide a comprehensive list of self-performed work.
